 Returns and Refund

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with labels, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you will be notified and refund will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days.

Faulty or Damaged Items

If on the unfortunate occurrence that you receive your goods damaged, please email a picture of the damaged item and your details to nina@indicinderella.com.au and we will ensure a new one is sent to you as soon as possible or issue a Refund, whichever you prefer.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Items that cannot be returned or exchanged:  Sale Items.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Please be aware there are no refunds or exchanges after 30 days from purchase.
