How much does shipping cost?
Standard Flat Rate Shipping: $12.95* or FREE for orders over $120.*

How long does Standard Shipping take?
All orders are dispatched via Standard Shipping. Indi Cinderella aims to dispatch orders within two business days. Delivery timeframes below are calculated from the dispatch date.

Please note: During peak promotional periods this may take up to 5 business days for dispatch.

Estimated delivery timeframes for Standard Shipping per state:

VIC, TAS, QLD, SA, NSW & ACT: 2-5 business days
WA, NT: 5-7 business days.

Please note: Orders containing Room Sprays, Liquid Fragrance Diffusers, or Liquid Fragrance Diffuser Refills may experience an additional day for delivery as they are not eligible for air transport and will be delivered via road transport.

How do I track my delivery?
You will receive an email with tracking details once your item has been shipped. If you have not received this, make sure you check your junk or spam inbox.

Do you ship internationally?
We currently only ship within Australia.

I've received my order but there is an issue, what do I do?
Contact nina@indicinderella.com.au with details and/or images of any issues.

What is your return/exchange policy?
Returns are accepted within 30 days of dispatch for unopened, unused, and resalable products. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Can I change my delivery address after I've ordered?
Email nina@indicinderella.com.au  promptly if you need to change your delivery address. We are happy to accommodate this for orders that have not been dispatched yet.
